1. Digital Marketing & Social Media • Manage and update company social media platforms (Facebook, TikTok, Instagram, etc.) • Plan, create, and schedule content calendars aligned with marketing campaigns • Monitor engagement, comments, and messages, and respond in a timely manner • Track basic performance metrics (reach, engagement, followers) and provide simple reports 2. Design & Content Creation • Design marketing materials such as social media posts, posters, banners, f lyers, and POSM • Support product launches, promotions, and brand activation designs • Build brand guidelines and ensure consistent across platforms • Prepare simple photo or video content for online use 3. Marketing Support & Activations • Support marketing activities including promotions, sampling, events, and brand activations • Coordinate with sales team on campaign execution and in-market visibility • Assist in preparing marketing materials for distributors, modern trade, and GT channels • Support merchandising visuals and basic branding layouts when required 4. Coordination & Administration • Work closely with internal teams and external suppliers (printers, media partners, agencies) • Maintain organized digital files and marketing assets • Support ad-hoc marketing tasks assigned by the Marketing Manager
