1. Count stock before and after each closing shift. 2. Check stock levels and verify expiration dates. 3. Prepare and deliver beverages to tables and VIP rooms upon guest orders. 4. Refill beverages in the chiller for the following day’s sales. 5. Place purchase orders to replenish beverage stock. 6. Complete and maintain inventory sheets accurately. 7. Stock water, soft drinks, tea, and coffee as required. 8. Record and verify all received inventory. 9. Rotate new stock and apply the FIFO (First In, First Out) system.
