- Monthly Salary: Negotiable - Level: Senior - Education Requirements: Bachelor Degree - Field of Study: Bachelor degree holder in Accounting, Finance, CAT, ACCA or related - Year of experience: 4-5 years - Language: English (Chinese is advance) - Gender: Male/Female - Age: 25-40 Job Description - Prepares and analyzes financial statements, business activity reports, and forecasts; - Assures that the accounting records are maintained in an orderly and accurate condition at all times; - Reviews company financial reports and seek ways to reduce costs; - Establishes and enforce proper accounting methods, policies and principles; - Prepares all financial reporting (Income statement, Balance sheet, Cash flow, ...) in line with the financial regulation; - Closes monthly accounting report for management; - Fixed asset management (control and depreciation…); - Coordinates with warehouse team to maintain monthly inventory report, and ensure that the balance of inventory is match up with stock in & stock out report; - Reviews and enhance internal control relating to Physical assets control, revenue, expenses; - Other tasks assigned by Manager. Job Requirements - Bachelor degree holder in Accounting, finance, CAT, ACCA or related field; - Good command of English in both verbal and writing communication (Chinese is an advantage); - Good computer literate especially Microsoft office Word & Excel, QuickBook; - At least 5 years working experience in accounting and leading team; Good at problem solving, dealing with figures and attention to detail; - Required qualification as following: hard-working, good teamwork, eager to learn, honesty, result oriented, integrity, challenge, good attitude, and open mind etc.
