• Daily posting other income and verify sales invoice clearing A/R posting for accuracy record and on time • Follow up for A/R report and installment report with sale team for customer’s payment on due date. • Daily check COH balance and daily clearing for make sure it clear correctly with cash deposited to bank and match with showroom sell • Daily check and verify all expense submit by sections for make sure it correctly and complete support documents and follow accounting policy. • Daily Park/post expense/goods with correctly GL and CCTR • Issue payment for import duty tax and import expense of trucking, clearance, and other cost. • Prepare purchase inventory cost both local and oversea for tracking inventory cost movement in system calculation versus with excel. • Reconcile monthly tax report with management report to avoid grape record and wrong tax record • Prepare monthly closed accounts to do adjusting prepare paid expense, accrued expense and tax adjustment for follow accrued basic of accounting standard. • Prepare support monthly report AR, AP, Stock, Sales, Bank Recon and other report • Check daily cash flow to make sure the budget sufficiency to pay the A/P balance • Check follow up AR and control for customer due date of invoice. • Check and update payment and control due date of oversea invoice to vendors.
