1. Work closely with CFO to ensure that the finance operations running smoothly; 2. Provide guidance, training, and support to team members to enhance their skills and performance; 3. Oversee the maintenance of the general ledger, ensuring accuracy and completeness of all entries; 4. Review and approve journal entries, account reconciliations, and other accounting documents. 5. Make a report of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements 6. Analyze financial data and identify discrepancies or trends, providing insightful reports to management. 7. Make the preparation of budgets and forecasts. 8. Control the AP and AR functions, ensuring timely and accuracy 9. Ensure compliance with all relevant accounting regulations, tax laws, and company policies. 10. Identify opportunities for process improvements and efficiency gains within the accounting department; 11. Work with the Project and Purchasing Dept. to get the forecast budget plan; 12. Other tasks assigned by Line Manager.
