Job Descriptions Process document relevant with ministry • Provide administration/clerical support for relevant departments • Data entry and document control • Handle work pass applications, renewals and cancellations • Oversee daily operations, including flight booking, course registration and dormitories’ arrangement • Organize files, perform data entry and maintain accurate records • Assist and follow up activities assigned with department’s procedures and rules • Process related communications, including phone calls, emails, correspondence, mail and faxes Requirement Able to start immediately will be an advantageous • Min Degree in Business Administration/Management or equivalent • Meticulous and well organized • Strong computer literacy and knowledge in MS Office proficiency, especially with Excel and Word. • Strong collaboration skills to accomplish the work assigned • Open-minded to solve tasks with initiatives • Basic experience is required, and training will be provided Benefits - Basic salary - Incentive - 13th salary - NSSF - Insurance - Sick support - Birthday - Staff Party - Other bonus Work time 7:30am - 5:00pm Work day Mon - Fri Apply by telegram 0975040xxxClick To Call
