• Responsible on recruitment to prepare the interview and short list process. • Responsible staff contract (the new hiring & staff finish probation 3 months period). From the date employee sign contract until the start. • Support HRM on staff recruitment with knowledge, skills and abilities in a timely manner after approval by management & processing. • Setting up classrooms, copying lessons, water / snacks, LCDs and computers, and preparing a list of attendees to attend training sessions and providing information, inviting staff and trainers. Come and attend the training. • Organize and collect individual documents into each employee's profile correctly and in an orderly manner. • Implement all policies, procedures and guidelines related to the work within their roles effectively. • Participate in the development of company policies and procedures to be highly effective. • Control all staff uniform (open & staff resigned return). • Responsible for other tasks as assigned or as required by department manager or GM.
