About the Role: We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Affiliate Manager to join our growing team. Your primary mission will be to develop and manage our partner network with a strong focus on the Cambodian (KH) market. This is a fantastic opportunity to directly impact our growth and build valuable long-term partnerships. Key Responsibilities: - Partner Acquisition: Actively seek out, attract, and onboard new affiliate partners. - Account Management: Provide ongoing support and guidance to partners at all stages of collaboration. - Performance Optimization: Analyze traffic and conversion data to identify growth opportunities and improve campaign effectiveness for partners. - Negotiation: Secure and negotiate the best possible commercial terms and conditions with partners to maximize mutual benefit. What We're Looking For (Requirements): - Proven experience in one of the following roles: Affiliate Manager, Marketing Manager, Business Development Manager, or Digital Account Manager. - Strong network: Having your own existing database of partners for the Cambodian (KH) GEO is a significant advantage. - Communication Skills: Fluent English (B2+ level) for daily written and verbal communication with international partners and team members. - Analytical Mindset: Ability to work with data, track performance, and identify key growth levers. - Proactivity & Drive: A self-starter who is hungry to build and grow a partner network from the ground up. Nice to Have: - Knowledge of the local Khmer (Cambodian) language. - Experience in the iGaming/Gambling or Nutra verticals. We Offer: - Competitive base salary ($600 - $800) based on experience. - Lucrative monthly KPI bonuses after a successful probation period. - Full-time remote work with a flexible schedule.
