The Bartender is responsible for providing excellent beverage service to guests in a friendly, efficient, and professional manner. He will prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, maintain the bar area, and ensure a high standard of service in accordance with hotel standards. Job Description (JD): - Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to hotel standards - Provide friendly, professional, and attentive service to all guests - Take beverage orders and recommend drinks to guests when appropriate - Ensure cleanliness and proper setup of the bar before, during, and after operation - Check guest satisfaction and handle basic guest requests or complaints politely - Control stock, minimize wastage, and report low stock to supervisor - Follow hygiene, safety, and sanitation standards at all times - Handle cash or POS system correctly and responsibly - Support outlet operation during busy hours and special events - Comply with hotel policies, procedures, and service standards Job Requirements (JR): - At least 1 year experience as a Bartender in a hotel, restaurant, or bar - Able to communicate in English (basic to good level) - Knowledge of cocktails, mocktails, and basic beverage preparation - Friendly personality with good service mindset - Able to work evening shift from 3:30 PM – 12:30 AM - Good personal hygiene and professional appearance
