Compagnie Fluviale Du Mekong is an international company providing tour cruising on the Mekong River and Tonle Sap from Angkor Wat to Saigon in Vietnam. CF Mekong started the operation in Cambodia in 2001 with our first River vessel TOUM TEAV. By 2017 CF Mekong was operating 5 River Vessels which were 4 and 5 stars accommodation. To respond to the high growth of the business, CF Mekong is in need of a professional candidate to apply for the position of Reservation Officer. Responsibilities - Database Management: Working knowledge of database management systems and platforms - Attention to Detail: Ensuring accuracy in data entry, record-keeping, and all other tasks - Adaptability: The ability to adjust to changing situations and learn new processes quickly - Teamwork: Working effectively as part of a team to achieve shared goals. - Confidentiality: Maintaining the privacy and security of sensitive information. Requirement - Cambodian nationality and others. - Female, 20-35 yrs. old - Graduated of hotel management or any related course. - Computer literacy (Ms. Office and social media plate form) - Trustworthy, Honest and Loyal - With or Without Experience - Willing to be trained - One or two years experiences or fresh graduated candidates are welcome to apply. - Fluent in English –writing, listening and speaking. - Must have an Excellent Performance in attendance and Punctuality - Positive, enthusiastic, posses the ability to work in fast-paced environment that requires deadlines and must have a certain level of professionalism. - A team player who can work well in a multitasking office where overtime is in demand and traveling abroad is compulsory.
