Key Responsibilities Manage and supervise day-to-day claims operations. Review and approve complex or high-value claims. Ensure claims handling complies with company policies and regulatory requirements. Monitor claims performance, reserves, and reporting. Handle escalated claims issues and support dispute resolution. Coordinate with internal teams, reinsurers, and external service providers. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Insurance, Business, or related field. Minimum 3 years of experience in claims handling or claims management within the insurance industry. Strong knowledge of claims processes, policy interpretation, and regulations. Good communication and leadership skills. Able to speak and write Chinese, English proficiency required. (Chinese Priority)
