Key Responsibilities Manage treaty and facultative reinsurance arrangements. Coordinate reinsurance placements, renewals, and negotiations. Maintain relationships with reinsurers and brokers. Analyze portfolio performance and support reinsurance reporting. Ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Insurance, Finance, Business, or related field. Minimum 3 years of experience in the insurance or reinsurance industry or related field. Knowledge of reinsurance principles and market practices. Able to speak and write Chinese, English proficiency required. (Chinese Priority) Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
