Expectations - Duties, Responsibilities • Tracking Air/Sea / Import/ Export shipment progress • Prepare invoices, Packing List for tax declaration. • Using CVD and Asycuda System • Monitoring shipment from loading to arrival in destination. • All shipping advise/ Pre-alert with supporting docs are printed out and properly filed and accurate • Ensuring that all shipments been handled with smooth situation for both import/export and special instruction • Contact with carrier to get booking and release booking to customer Requirements - Skills, Qualifications, Experience • Previous related skills in Forwarding/ Shipping/ Logistic, Clearing filed • Very Good command in English or Chinese • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to work independently with minimum supervision • Excellent computer skills – Ms Word, Excel, Internet email • Work under pressure
Location: ភ្នំពេញ (ឈូកវ៉ា៣) Kakab 2, Por Senchey, Phnom Penh
