1. Scope of working: Inventory Supervisor’s role is to manage the purchasing and replenishment of the company products. And a key aspect of the role is maintaining the stock level. 2. Duties & responsibilities: Ensure all inventory and stock management are maintained accurately. manage stock levels and distribute supplies from stock maintain stock records using manual or computerized systems Observe the correct stock receiving Have a working knowledge of Stock to ensure accurate stock management. coordinate warehousing and inventory functions Maintain store/product standards as described in our product standard manual; this includes stock management, cleaning shelf/stock presentation. Maintain good working relationships with your manager and your peer. Other work as directed by Manager/Director. 3. Qualification & requirement: A bachelor’s degree in Management, Accounting or a similar skill. At least 2 or more years of work experience of real estate/private Company. Experience in managing inventory, or abilities to learn this skill and delegation skills. Competent in operation of the purchasing, Ms. Office. Enjoy clerical and administrative activities Abilities to perform the role and be at work at agreed times. Good planning and numeracy skills Good communication skills Aptitude for working with computer systems Able to pay attention to detail. 4. Working Days and Hours Monday to Saturday: 7:00am to 11:00am & 1:00pm to 5:00pm Lunch time: 11:00am to 1:00pm 5. Workplace IInventory Supervisor is based at Site/Branch, the Inventory Department. 6. Relationship Inventory Supervisor works under control & report directly to Inventory Manager. 7. Salary and Benefits: Salary (Negotiable) Annual Incentive Annual Salary Increment Education Sponsorship Internal and External Training Seniority Pay
