Key Responsibilities: •Develop, produce, and publish original content (video, photo, graphics, text) across multiple digital channels (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube, Telegram, etc.) •Collaborate with design and video production teams to align content with brand objectives and campaigns •Write compelling copy for posts, captions, blogs, emails, and digital ads •Plan and execute content calendars with strategic messaging and timing •Track and analyze content performance metrics (reach, engagement, conversion) and optimize based on insights •Stay updated on content trends, platform algorithm changes, and emerging tools •Manage content libraries, assets, and documentation for reusability and brand consistency •Work with influencer collaborations, and campaign shoots as needed Requirements & Qualifications: •Proven experience as a content creator, social media planning or similar role •Strong portfolio of past work (social content, videos, KOL/influencers, etc.) •Excellent writing, editing, and storytelling skills, preferably in Khmer language •Knowledge of social media digital marketing content planning •Creative mindset with attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines •Strong understanding of brand voice and audience engagement •Have strong experience with influencer marketing is a bonus •[Optional: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field]
