Email customer service

We are seeking Email Customer Service Specialists to provide support and assistance to our customers via email. You will respond to inquiries, resolve issues, and promote our products and services while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction. Responsibilities Respond to Customer Inquiries: Provide timely, accurate, and helpful responses to customer questions and concerns. Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date on company products, services, and policies to provide accurate answers. Continuous Improvement: Identify recurring customer issues and provide feedback to improve products, services, and processes.
