Phone Support and Customer Service

We are looking for a friendly, patient, and professional Phone Support and Customer Service Representative to join our team. You will handle incoming customer calls, provide assistance, resolve issues, and ensure a positive experience for our customers. This role requires excellent verbal communication, problem-solving skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. We work a night shift (10:00 pm to 06:00 am), (12:00 am to 08:00 am ) Monday to Saturday half day. Responsibilities Answer and manage customer calls: Respond to inquiries regarding products, services, and orders in a timely and professional manner. Resolve customer issues: Identify problems, provide clear solutions, and escalate complex issues to supervisors when necessary. Provide product and service information: Keep customers informed about updates, promotions, and policies. Maintain customer records: Document all interactions accurately for future reference. Follow-up with customers: Ensure issues are fully resolved and customers are satisfied. Collaborate with other teams: Work closely with sales, technical support, and other departments to provide comprehensive assistance. Continuous improvement: Identify recurring issues and provide feedback to improve products, services, and processes.
