Facebook Operations Specialist Job Responsibilities:1. Content Creation and Copywriting- Responsible for writing copy for Facebook pages/ads and creating creative content that aligns with the brand's tone (promotions, brand stories, user engagement, etc.).- Plan high-viral topics based on trends and user needs to boost fan activity and engagement.2. Visual Design and Material Production- Independently design visual materials such as ad images, posters, and short videos (proficient in Photoshop/Illustrator, etc.).3. Advertising and Data Analysis- Develop Facebook advertising strategies, accurately target audiences, and optimize ad budgets and ROI.- Monitor ad performance data (CTR, conversion rate, CPA, etc.), regularly produce campaign reports, and adjust optimization strategies.4. Account Management and User Interaction- Manage daily posts, comment replies, and private messages to maintain the brand image.- Plan and execute online activities (giveaways, live streams, UGC campaigns, etc.) to increase fan growth and engagement rates.Qualifications:- Over 1 year of experience in Facebook operations or social media promotion on IG/TikTok; successful cases preferred.- Familiar with Facebook Ads Manager (Meta Business Suite), Pixel tracking, and third-party analytics tools (Google Analytics, etc.).- Sensitive to overseas user behavior and able to quickly respond to algorithm or policy changes.Bonus Skills:- Proficiency in English, knowledge of Chinese is a plus;- Familiarity with other social media platforms (Instagram/TikTok) for coordinated operations;- Basic video editing skills (Premiere/Jianying).
