The role ensures effective use of marketing investment, consistent brand communication, and strong alignment with sales and other functions. Key Responsibilities โข Develop and execute annual and quarterly marketing strategies aligned with business objectives. โข Define and manage brand positioning and product portfolio strategy. โข Plan and manage product launches, marketing campaigns, and the annual marketing calendar. โข Manage and control the annual marketing budget and ensure strong ROI. โข Allocate budget across ATL, BTL, digital, and activation activities. โข Monitor and evaluate campaign effectiveness and brand performance. โข Ensure consistent brand messaging and communication across all channels. โข Lead, coach, and develop the marketing team and set clear KPIs. โข Manage external agencies, suppliers, media partners, and influencers. โข Collaborate closely with Sales on campaigns, promotions, and product launches. โข Coordinate with Finance on budget control and ROI tracking. โข Work with Supply Chain and Operations to ensure launch readiness. โข Prepare regular marketing performance reports for management review. โข Ensure marketing activities comply with company policies and regulations. Job Requirements โข Bachelorโs degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. โข Minimum 8โ10 years of marketing experience (FMCG is advantage) โข Proven experience in brand management and product launches. โข Strong strategic thinking, planning, and analytical skills. โข Experience managing marketing budgets and agencies. โข Strong communication and stakeholder management skills in English and Khmer.
