Key Responsibilities: Creative Direction & Planning • Collaborate with creative directors, writers, designers, and talent to develop the show’s concept, script, and flow. • Oversee all creative elements including staging, lighting, audio, video, graphics, and special effects. Production Management • Create and manage detailed production schedules, run-of-shows, and cue sheets. • Coordinate rehearsals, run-throughs, and technical runs. • Secure and manage all necessary resources, including equipment, crew, talent, and vendors. Team Coordination • Lead production meetings and communicate clear expectations and deadlines to the production team. • Liaise between creative, technical, and administrative departments to ensure everyone is aligned. Budgeting & Cost Control • Develop and manage production budgets, ensuring costs are tracked and stay within agreed limits. • Source cost-effective solutions without compromising production quality. On-Site Execution • Oversee on-site setup, rehearsals, and live execution of the show. • Troubleshoot issues in real-time and make quick decisions to keep the show running smoothly. Post-Production & Evaluation • Participate in post-show debriefs, gather feedback, and recommend improvements for future productions. • Oversee post-production deliverables for recorded or streamed shows if applicable.
