- HR ASSISTANT $250-$350 Key Responsibilities Recruitment & Onboarding Support •Assist in sourcing, screening, and scheduling interviews for restaurant and support staff •Coordinate joining formalities, documentation, and employee induction •Maintain recruitment trackers and manpower reports Employee Records & HR Administration •Maintain accurate employee files (physical and digital) for ~300 staff •Update HRIS/attendance systems with employee data, transfers, and exits •Issue HR letters (offer, appointment, confirmation, warning, experience letters) •Attendance, Payroll & Benefits Support •Collect and verify attendance, leave, and overtime data from outlets •Coordinate with payroll team or vendor for monthly salary processing •Assist in managing statutory benefits (ESI, PF, gratuity, insurance, etc.) Compliance & Labor Law Support •Support compliance with labor laws and company policies •Maintain statutory registers and assist during audits or inspections •Track contract labor and vendor compliance documents Employee Relations & Engagement •Act as a point of contact for basic HR queries from staff •Support grievance handling and disciplinary documentation •Assist in employee engagement activities and training coordination Exit Management •Coordinate resignations, clearances, and final settlements •Conduct exit interviews and maintain attrition reports Required Skills & Qualifications •Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field •1–3 years of HR experience, preferably in F&B, hospitality, or retail •Basic knowledge of labor laws and HR processes •Good communication and interpersonal skills •Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) and HR systems •Ability to work with large frontline staff team
