Key Responsibilities: - Develop, review, and manage compensation & benefits policies and structures - Conduct salary benchmarking and market surveys to ensure competitiveness - Manage payroll, benefits administration, NSSF, insurance, and allowances - Ensure compliance with labor law and company policies - Prepare C&B budgets and monitor cost control - Support performance review, bonus, and incentive schemes - Provide C&B reports and analysis to management - Advise management on salary adjustments and reward strategies Key Requirements Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field 2+ years of experience in HR, with strong focus on Compensation & Benefits Good knowledge of labor law, payroll, and benefits systems Strong analytical, Excel, and reporting skills
