MAIN JOB TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES ● Candidate Sourcing: Actively searching for potential candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events. ● Screening Resumes: Reviewing applications and resumes to identify qualified candidates based on job requirements. ● Support Interviewing: Organizing and conducting interviews to assess candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit within the organization. ● Support Recruitment Processes: Managing the end-to-end recruitment process, including scheduling interviews, communicating with candidates, and providing feedback. ● Building Relationships: Establishing and maintaining relationships with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide strategic recruitment support. ● Support Recruitment Tools: Leveraging applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment software to streamline the hiring process.
