Job Purpose To manage the full recruitment process and ensure the company attracts, selects, and hires qualified candidates on time to support business needs. Key Responsibilities - Handle full-cycle recruitment, including job posting, screening, shortlisting, interviewing, and onboarding. - Coordinate with departments to understand manpower needs and job requirements. - Support update job descriptions and job announcements with Supervvisor - Search candidates through various channels (Job Boards, Facebook, LinkedIn, Telegram, Tiktok, Referral, Agencies). - Schedule interviews and follow up with candidates. - Conduct phone screening and face-to-face interviews when needed. - Maintain candidate database and recruitment tracking reports. - Ensure recruitment processes follow company policies and compliance. - Assist with other HR tasks assigned by Supervisor. Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields. - At least 0–2 years of experience in recruitment (HR generalist experience is a plus). - Good communication and interpersonal skills. - Able to work under pressure and handle multiple positions at the same time. - Strong sourcing skills and understanding of the job market. - Good computer skills (MS Office, HR system).
