Interior Design * 3person (Urgent) Salary range: (Negotiation) Sex: Male /Female Job Location: Phnom Penh Close: 28 Feb 2026 Key Responsibilities: • Client Consultation: Meet with clients to determine project goals, functional requirements, style preferences, and budgetary constraints. • Design Development: Create, sketch, and present design concepts, including 3D models, mood boards, and space plans using CAD or other software. • Material & Furniture Selection: Source and specify furniture, fixtures, lighting, flooring, wall finishes, and textiles. • Project Management: Develop project timelines, coordinate with contractors (electricians, painters, painters), and oversee construction to ensure design accuracy. • Compliance & Safety: Ensure all designs comply with health, safety, and building codes. • Site Visits: Conduct on-site inspections during construction to resolve design issues and ensure quality. • Strong creativity, artistic ability and imagination • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Ability to read and draw blueprints • Knowledge of the quality, rates and locations of raw materials • Ability to coordinate with multiple teams and resolve any issues regarding operation and delay • Strong leadership and management skills • Advanced attention to detail • Problem-solving skills Requirements: • Bachelor degree of architecture graphic design or equal • Have knowledge of construction material. • AutoCAD drawing, Sketch UP, Render. • Typically requires up 5 years of experience in interior design and/or architecture, with a proven track record of managing complex projects. • Strong knowledge of design principles, space planning, materials. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to lead, motivate, and mentor a team. • Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple priorities, and troubleshoot complex problems effectively. • Be able to speak and write English language. • Make amendments to the design as required. • Can design, communication design, fine art, graphic design, illustration, visual and all adobe for designer Contact: Contact: Siekyi Email: sop***************@gmail.comClick To Sent Email Tel: 087317xxxClick To Call/010686xxxClick To Call
