Scope of Responsibilities: Marketing Supervisor involves overseeing the creation of visually compelling marketing materials, managing design projects, supporting marketing events, assisting with customer shop design, and ensuring brand consistency across all channels. Key Accountability: Creating high-quality marketing materials, including brochures, advertisements, social media graphics, and packaging. Ensure all design artwork aligns with the company's brand guidelines and maintains a consistent visual identity. To oversee design projects from concept to completion, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budget. Work closely with the marketing and sales teams to develop creative concepts and strategies that support business objectives. Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to inform design strategies and keep the brand relevant. Coordinate with external vendors, such as printers and production houses, to ensure high-quality output of marketing materials. Assist in planning, organizing, and executing marketing events, trade shows, and promotional activities. Design event materials such as banners, posters, and digital displays. Ensure all event materials are visually appealing and align with the brand's identity. Take high-quality photos during marketing events to capture key moments and activities. Ensure photos are edited and ready for use in marketing materials and social media. Support the design and layout of customer shops, ensuring they reflect the TOA Coating brand and provide design recommendations. Qualification Education: Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, or a related field. Experiences: Minimum of 5 years of experience in graphic design and marketing, preferably in the paint and coatings industry. Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign). Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design work. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines. Creative thinker with strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
