Job Title and Summary • Job Summary: Responsible for monitoring and controlling stock levels of home appliances, coordinating with suppliers and warehouse staff, and ensuring accurate inventory records to support retail and service operations. Salary Range: 250$-350$ Key Responsibilities • Overseeing the movements of all stock in and out of the storeroom and check stock levels regularly; • Ensuring that all stock leaving the store follows the correct process and is signed off; • Updating stock information on the computer system; • Compare stock received against stock ordered; • Maintain records of purchases, suppliers and all relevant information; • Performing random stock counts as well as full monthly stock counts; • Investigating any variances in stock, identifying root causes, and providing solutions; • Ensuring the storeroom is kept neat and tidy; • Pulling stock for use in daily operations. Qualifications and Skills • Bachelor’s degree: Business, Management or related field is an advantage. • Minimum 1 years experience in stock, warehouse, or inventory control; experience with home appliances or electronics preferred. • Strong numerical and analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to identify and resolve stock discrepancies. • Proficiency in inventory/ERP systems and MS Office (Excel, Word); able to work with handheld scanners and stock control software. • Good communication and coordination skills to work with suppliers, warehouse teams, and internal departments. • Ability to lift and move bulky appliances safely and to work in a fast paced warehouse/retail environment. Working Conditions • Full-time position. • May require occasional overtime or weekend work based on business needs.
