Ref: PR-25013 Date: 06 October 2025 Position: Junior IT Department: IT & System Salary: 250$-350$/Mth Plus 50$/Mth Allowance Date required: ASAP Report to: Kimmeng Manager/Sup: Senior IT Responsibilities: • Assist in troubleshooting hardware and software issues for office employees. • Provide basic technical support for desktops, laptops, printers, and network devices. • Help with IT asset management, including inventory tracking and setup of new devices. • Support users in resolving email, VPN, and connectivity issues. • Assist in maintaining IT documentation, such as user guides and troubleshooting steps. • Provide first-level support for the company’s ERP system (e.g., user login issues, basic troubleshooting). • Assist in data entry, report generation, and user training for ERP functionalities. • Collaborate with senior IT staff to test and implement new ERP features or updates. • Document common issues and solutions for ERP users. • Assist Marketing: Website, Facebook.
