Legal Officer

1. Job Description - To conduct legal analysis and research on various legal matters and risk management related to company business. - To prepare, draft and review the contract related to the sales purchase agreement, leasing, service contract, employment contract to ensure compliance and protection. - To provide advice/opinion on different legal issues and assist in drafting legal opinions, memoranda and other briefing documents. - To work closely with related ministries or local regulatory bodies for registration, compliance and litigation task in accordance with the Cambodian laws. - To follow-up and keep on progressing to the update of laws and regulations regarding business operation. - To manage and file company's contract, license, memo, letter in-out and other company corporate documents. - To perform other duties assigned by Management. 2. Job Requirement - Bachelor Degree in Law. Master Degree in law is at advantage. - Minimum of 1 year of legal experience, preferably in the corporate or manufacturing sector. - Strong understanding of Cambodian law especially commercial and industrial law. - Competencies: Meeting with TOA DNA. - Computer: Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook). - Language: Proficient in Khmer and English . Knowledge of Thai language is at advantage.
