Quality Control Officer

Job Description: _ Develop, implement, and maintain quality assurance policies, procedures, and standards in line with industry best practices. _ Ensure compliance with international standards (ISO, HACCP, GMP, or other relevant certifications) and local regulatory requirements. _ Monitor compliance with company SOPs, client requirements, and safety standards across logistics operations. _ Oversee inbound and outbound cargo inspections, ensuring proper handling, labeling, storage, and distribution. _ Conduct spot checks on warehouses, distribution centers, and transport operations Investigate customer complaints, identify root causes, and implement corrective/preventive actions (CAPA). _ Supervise and guide QC staff in daily inspection and monitoring activities. _ Provide training and coaching to staff on quality standards and procedures. _ Evaluate team performance and ensure continuous development. _ Maintain accurate QC records, reports, and quality KPIs. _ Identify operational risks and recommend mitigation measures. _ Other tasks assigned by superior. ⏱️Working hours: 8am-5pm 🗓Working days: Mon-Sat (Morning) 💰Salary: Negotiation 🔶Industry: Logistics 📍Location: National Road #2, Sangkat Prek Kompeus, Khan Dangkor, Phnom Penh, Cambodia.
