Scope of Responsibilities: Retail Sale Supervisor involves engaging with customers to understand their needs, providing product information, and offering solutions to ensure a positive shopping experience. The Retail Sales Supervisor also plays a key role in achieving sales targets, maintaining store presentation, and supporting promotional activities. Effective communication, product knowledge, and a customer-focused approach. Key Accountability: Set plan and arrange schedule to visit distributor, Dealer to build relationship convince and keep more stock, make more sales support and assist dealers to increase sales volume. Visit all construction material shops in each area and convince them to sell our products, convince them to keep stock and try to promote TOA and products. Work Closely with Distributor’s salesmen to support, assist, and solve all problems and issue. Assist dealers by join visit key customers if they needed, and be a solution for them of every needs. Consult with dealers to order our products more, and keep stock more to increase our sales volume. You are assign to do introduction or presentation of company information or activities like promotion campaign or any things. Assist dealers if dealers need help or support like materials (Catalogs, color cards, technical……) Inform dealers all information update from company. Find any other way or good ideas in order to increase sales Volume and achieve target. Survey and keep all the information market. Check all construction material shops and hardware shop in selected area to present TOA Company, products and machine. Follow up closely with existing tinting Machine prospects shops and convince them to run business with TOA Explain to be TOA dealer benefit to make sure they have good business when they agree to become TOA dealer, and put machine. Work closely with every departments on processing open Tinting dealer shop. Consult to build the confident to new dealers on selling our products. Train and explain about products to new dealers. Assist new dealers about products and selling price until they feel confident to sell paint by themselves. Consultant with dealers to place order more. Help dealers when they need assist on explain about products to their customers. Prepare and support training , seminar ,product knowlegde for customer. Assist in the collection of outstanding payments from customers. Work closely with the finance team to ensure timely and effective collection processes. Communicate with customers regarding payment terms and follow up on overdue accounts. Any other tasks assigned by Retail Sale Manager. Qualification Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. Experiences Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail sales, preferably in the paint and coatings industry. Strong sales and customer service skills. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Proven ability to achieve sales targets and drive business growth. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Understanding B2B2C Business Models, Proficiency in sales and inventory management software. Good at English, Salary Range: 600$-900$ & other benefit
