Key Accountability: Support Project Sales Division as assigned Check stock, Check Price, Key in PO Sale Project in system and other Assist sales in preparing quotation to customers. Process sales orders and ensure accurate and timely entry into the system. Prepare and issue invoices, delivery notes, and other sales-related documents. Maintain and update customer databases and sales records. Assist in the preparation of sales reports and presentations. Coordinate with the warehouse team and CS to manage inventory and ensure timely delivery of products. Assist sale to facilitate for product delivery on time. Assist in organizing sales meetings, events, and training sessions. Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations. Monitor and follow up on outstanding payments and credit control. Answer Facebook & Telegram, call center Update Daily Sale Visit Customers Update Daily Back order and Stock ATP in Cognos Coordinate Customer Between project sales, Marketing & CS Perform other administrative tasks as required to support the sales department. Qualification Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales administration or a similar role, preferably in the paint or coatings industry. Experiences: Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales administration or a similar role, preferably in the paint or coatings industry. Strong organizational and multitasking skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Good in English Salary Range : 300$-400$ & other benefit
