Working Time: 8:00 AM - 5:PM Working Day: Mon-Fri Key Responsibilities 1. Sales Target Commitment • Achieve the assigned sales target as set by the company. 2. Customer Engagement • Visit at least two corporate customers per day. • Conduct 15 – 20 outbound calls per day to new and existing customers to schedule appointment. 3. Reporting and Documentation • Maintain structured reporting as follows: ➢ Daily Report: Update daily sales activities and results. ➢ Weekly Report: Summarize current progress and plan for the upcoming week, including contracts, deliveries, ongoing deals, and quotations. ➢ Monthly Report: Provide a comprehensive review of results and objectives for the following month. 4. Customer and Marketing Tracking • Maintain and update customer profiles daily within sales report form and review with the Sales Supervisor and Sales Manager. • Report on customer wins and losses within sales report form • Provide a weekly market situation report, including competitor activities. 5. Sales Operation and Procedure • Strictly adhere to the Standard Sales Operation Procedure (SOP), ensuring consistent follow-up from initial contact to post-delivery service. 6. Brand and Relationship Building • Cultivate strong business relationships to establish long-term partnerships. • Enhance the company’s brand image in the market 7. Market and Competitor Insights • Conduct weekly market analysis and competitor activity reporting to support strategic decision making. 8. Addition Responsibilities • Attend social events and engagement activities to enhance brand visibility and sales opportunities. • Perform other tasks as assigned by the Sales Supervisor/Sales Manager/Head of sales & Marketing.
