** Duties: • Direct sales to a portfolio of modern trade clients. • Build and maintain strong relationship with modern trade clients. • Perform strong negotiation with customers to achieve win-win sales target for the company. • Negotiate annual cooperation agreements (Promotion, leaflets, displays, listing…….) • Follow up demand forecast/order plan • Ensure achievement by distributors ’sales force of the objective of distribution, freshness, price, visibility and display. • Track in-store promo effectiveness • To identify key issues, trends, and opportunities to increase market share and creatively help in growing the business • Work with the trade marketing team to design tailored promotion and activations based on shopper profiling and key account strategies and objectives • Update price value chain of all products in HENG DAIRY with competitions (Quarterly). • Monitor, analyze and share the main competitors ‘strategies, activities, and competitive advantages in the modern trade environment. • Other tasks will be assigned by SDM/NSM. Required skills and qualifications • Demonstrate MT Market • Self-directed and able to work without supervision • Excellence customer service • Product-knowledge • Problem-solving Preferred skills and qualifications • Bachelor’s degree in sales and marketing or business administration preferred • 7-9 years relevant distributor or trading experiences • Working knowledge of human-resources processes ** Others • Male of Female and Age between 28-45 years old • Good in English language (Speaking, Writing and Listening) • Microsoft Office, Internet & Email • Confident negotiating skills • Good communication and motivation skills
