Sales Bootcamp – Payments & Merchant Solutions (Entry Level)

The Opportunity QubePay is a fast-growing Payment Service Provider delivering secure and innovative payment solutions to online businesses, including e-commerce, digital services, and high-growth merchants in emerging markets. As part of our expansion in Southeast Asia, we are launching a Sales Bootcamp in Cambodia designed for motivated individuals who want to build a career in payments, fintech sales, and merchant onboarding. This is a hands-on learning and commercial exposure program, ideal for graduates, career switchers, or junior professionals looking to enter the payments industry. The bootcamp provides structured training, real sales exposure, and the opportunity to progress into a junior sales or merchant onboarding role based on performance. What You Will Learn & Do During the bootcamp, you will receive practical training and supervised experience in: Sales & Merchant Engagement Understanding QubePay’s payment gateway products and services Learning how to explain payment solutions clearly to merchants Supporting outbound and inbound sales activities Assisting with merchant follow-ups, basic qualification, and documentation Payments & Industry Knowledge Fundamentals of online payments, card processing, and alternative payment methods Overview of high-risk vs standard merchants Basic understanding of chargebacks, disputes, and settlement cycles Internal Support & Coordination Assisting the sales team with merchant reviews and reporting Maintaining basic CRM records and sales notes Coordinating with compliance and operations teams during onboarding Professional Development Business communication and client interaction skills Exposure to fintech sales processes and KPIs Understanding compliance-aware sales practices i payments About You This role is entry-level and training-focused. We are looking for individuals who demonstrate: Strong interest in sales, fintech, or payments Good spoken and written English (Khmer is a plus) Confidence communicating with clients and internal teams Willingness to learn and take feedback Basic computer skills (email, documents, CRM tools) Professional attitude, reliability, and ambition No prior payments experience is required. Training will be provided. Bootcamp Details Stipend: USD 200 per Month for the bootcamp period and USD 400-500 per month after Location: Cambodia (office / hybrid depending on schedule) Duration: Fixed bootcamp program (with performance review at completion) Progression: High performers may be offered paid junior roles in sales, merchant onboarding, or account support Why Join QubePay?
