Job Summary: As a Sales Executive, your role will involve actively identifying, engaging, and recruiting potential merchants. You will also negotiate clear agreements with merchants and ensure consistent communication to address their needs and provide support. Key Responsibilities: - Proactively identify and engage potential merchants, coordinate meetings, and deliver compelling presentations on Red Ant Express’s services. - Use effective sales techniques to achieve targets and track progress regularly. - Negotiations with potential merchants to ensure all terms and conditions are clearly documented and agreed upon. - Providing thorough training to merchants on how to use the App. - Regularly communicate with key merchants to understand their needs and provide support. - Work closely with internal teams, such as Sales Support and Catalogue, to ensure smooth operations and the successful onboarding of merchants onto our platform. - Monitor market trends and competitor activities by gathering partners' feedback to understand their current needs and any anticipated changes in the market. Qualification and Skills: - Bachelor’s degree in Business administration, Marketing or a related field. - A minimum of 1 year of experience in Sales or similar role. - Good written and verbal communication skills in English. - Ability to use MS Words, Excel, and other platforms. - Strong negotiation skills. - Ability to collaborate and solve problems effectively. - Willing to work outside the office
