Job description Objective The Senior HR Officer ensures strong HR operations, timely support to employees, and effective coordination with managers to improve team performance and service quality. What You'll Do: 1. Recruitment & Onboarding • Manage the full recruitment process from posting to onboarding. • Work with managers, especially Provincial Manager, to meet hiring needs. • Ensure new hires complete all onboarding steps and integrate well. 2. Performance Tracking & Employee Support • Track Sales Agent performance and share concerns or motivation with managers and the Coaching and Training Coordinator. • Give timely HR support to field employees. • Visit field teams to check compliance, performance, and engagement. • Support HR in engagement activities and conflict resolution. 3. Compensation & Benefits • Prepare and update payroll data. • Handle NSSF and other statutory registrations, updates, and reports. Job Requirements: • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field. • At least 3 years of experience in HR field. • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills. • Able to travel between Phnom Penh and other provinces as needed.
