I. Report 1. Cash Report 2. Activity Report 3. Roster 4. Stock 5. Budget Purchase Report 6. Employee Attendance 7. Stock and lost report 8. Update Cost and Price every month and report directly to GM and COO/CFO 9. Payroll for all shops of Funderland Group" II. Operation "1. Support other managers from other shops in order to run the shop smoothly 2. Understand and explainable of Vision and Mission of Company 3. Understand and explainable all the products of company 4. Able to do Products presentation well to the customers 5. Able to run the daily operation smoothly 6. Check stock daily, weekly, monthly and refill stock to make sure that stock is always enough and ready to serve the customers 7. Pay close attention to the cleanliness of the playground *** Check every stations are clean , spotless *** Follow the daily, weekly and mothly cleaning process *** Need to double check on the items and maintain the nice and proper work of toys, TV, speakers, batterys, light, LED lamps, fridge, ACs, and other items 8. Check staff gowning/ dress up nicely ( uniform, hair, socks must be nice and clean all the time) 9. Communicate with Customers to create Friendly enviroment 10. Check roster to see if you have enough staff or not, find PT/ add Ppl or recruite more if you don’t have ppl to work 11. Assign Cashier to Deposit Money in Bank and post Deposit slip in Line group 12. Regular check and change the books in Library 13. Request to add more toys in library every month (must be flexible) 14.All the Events and BD Booking must be done and update daily 15. Prepare Monthly Schedule for PG and Hyatt in advance 16. Do other tasks assign by GM/COO/ CFO " III. Activities Follow the SoP of each activities and make sure the Activities are done smoothly and well organize 1. FDL on the go 2. Outside Event (OE) 3. Playgroup (Mon-Fri/ 9-12noon) 4. Taekwondo (Wed 5:5:45pm) 5. Sensory Play (Sat) 6. Ballet 7. Summer/ Winter Camp and other Activities IV. Event 1. FDL on the Go 2. Flea Market at FPP 3. Farmer Market at Oudom Garden 4. Night Market at Coconut Park 5. Night Market at The Elysee Process: 1. Do Check List of all needed materials and stuff and Count all the things- pack well before leaving 2. Submit the In-out form to mall at least 2 days before take out the stuff 3. Count Stock out-in with Fun snack person 4. Get small money from Cashier 5. Test Cotton Candy machine 1 day B4 Event Day 6. When come back need to count stock with Funsnack person V. HR 1. Meeting w/ GM 1 time/week 2. Regular train all staff and make sure that all the staff are ready to rotate from one workig station to another station. 3. Regular lead meeting to make sure the staff understand the jobs and works are done correctly 4. Follow the Rules and policy of Company 5. Solve the problem and complain from Customer 6. Solve the complain from Staff VI. Revenue 1. Up sale and sale to meet the target 2. Assign cashier to send Daily Sale report in Line 3. Set sale Target of each month 4. Propose new activities/menu for Funsnack..... 5. Set Target for Sale person and help them to improve their sale ability VII. Marketing 1. Post IG/FB Story everyday (5-6 story/day; deep cleaning, kids' play, PG, A& Craft, Funsnack) 2. Communicate with MKT and GM to assure the FB pages / IG / Tik Tok are active 3. Propose idea to improve content or activities to promote on FB page / IG / Tik Tok are active 4. Respond to instant message on FB/IG/Tik Tok VIII. Requirement 1. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or related field 2. 3+ years experience in playground, retail, or entertainment operations 3. 2+ years in a managerial role 4. Strong leadership and staff management skills 5. Able to manage daily operations, safety, and customer service 6. Experience with sales targets, KPIs, and reporting 7. Good communication and problem-solving skills 8. Willing to work weekends and holidays
