Salary: Negotiable Location: BKK Campus Key Responsibilities • Assist the teacher in delivering lessons by working with individuals or small groups of students. • Reinforce learning concepts explained by the teacher. • Support students with special educational needs or language learning needs. • Help prepare teaching aids, resources, and learning materials. • Monitor students during class, transitions, and break times as assigned. • Support the teacher in maintaining discipline and a respectful classroom environment. • Ensure students are safe, engaged, and supervised during all activities. • Assist in organizing classroom materials, displays, and student work. • Help with record-keeping, grading simple assignments, and documentation under the teacher’s guidance. • Prepare equipment and resources needed for lessons and activities. Qualifications & Requirements • University student. • Prior leadership or supervisory experience is an advantage. • Strong understanding of classroom management and child development.
