Key Responsibilities • Design marketing materials including product packaging, labels, POS materials, brochures, posters, banners, and promotional items • Create digital content for social media, websites, online advertisements, and e-commerce platforms • Develop artwork for product launches, trade promotions, and seasonal campaigns • Ensure all designs align with brand guidelines and FMCG market positioning • Collaborate closely with Marketing, Sales, and Product teams to translate concepts into effective visuals • Prepare final artwork for print and digital production, ensuring accuracy and quality • Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines • Stay updated with design trends, consumer behavior, and competitor visuals in the FMCG market Qualifications & Requirements • Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field • Minimum 1–3 years of experience as a Graphic Designer (FMCG or consumer goods experience is an advantage) • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) • Strong understanding of branding, packaging design, and marketing visuals • Knowledge of print production processes and digital formats • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment • Strong attention to detail and creativity • Good communication and teamwork skills
