Job Title: Receptionist Location: Le Hotel, Phnom Penh, Cambodia Department: Front Office Reports To: Front Office Manager Hours: 4:00 pmM - 11:00 PM Salary: $250 per month Benefits: Daily meals provided 3 days off per month Job Summary: women We are seeking a friendly and professional Receptionist to join our team at Le Hotel. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong emphasis on guest satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: Greet guests warmly and professionally upon arrival. Handle guest inquiries and requests promptly and efficiently (e.g., reservations, check-in/check-out, room service, transportation). Manage front desk operations, including answering phone calls, processing payments, and maintaining accurate records. Assist with guest relations, resolving any issues or complaints that may arise. Provide information about the hotel, local attractions, and other relevant services. Maintain a clean and organized reception area. Assist with other duties as assigned by the Front Office Manager. Qualifications: Excellent spoken and written English communication skills. Prior experience in a hotel front desk or customer service role preferred. Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build rapport with guests. Proficiency in using hotel property management systems (PMS) is a plus. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Excellent organizational and time-management skills. A positive and enthusiastic attitude.
