The HR Recruitment Specialist is responsible for managing the full recruitment cycle — from understanding hiring needs to sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding top talent. This role plays a key part in building a strong workforce aligned with the company’s goals and culture. Key Responsibilities: 1. Recruitment & Selection Work closely with department heads to identify hiring needs and job requirements. Create and post job advertisements on Khmer24, LinkedIn, Facebook, and other job boards. Source potential candidates through online channels, referrals, and networking. Screen resumes and applications to shortlist qualified candidates. Schedule and conduct interviews (phone, online, and in-person). Coordinate final interviews with management and ensure timely feedback. Prepare job offers and support onboarding for new hires. 2. Employer Branding Promote the company as an “employer of choice” through social media and job fairs. Develop recruitment campaigns that attract high-quality candidates. 3. Talent Database Management Maintain and update the candidate database. Track and report recruitment metrics (e.g., time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, source effectiveness). 4. Onboarding & Documentation Prepare employment contracts and ensure all employee files are complete. Support onboarding programs to ensure smooth integration of new hires. 5. HR Support Assist with HR administrative tasks and support other HR initiatives when required. * Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field. Minimum 1–3 years of experience in recruitment or HR field. Strong knowledge of recruitment methods and local job market trends. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficient in MS Office and online recruitment tools (Khmer24 Jobs, Facebook Jobs, LinkedIn, etc.). Strong organizational and time management skills. Able to work independently and as part of a team. *​ Preferred Skills: Experience with ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems). Knowledge of labor law and employment regulations in Cambodia.
