Sales Executive - Khmer24 Services About the Position We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team at Khmer24, Cambodia's leading online marketplace platform. In this role, you will be responsible for selling Khmer24's advertising and premium services to businesses and individual sellers looking to maximize their online presence. Key Responsibilities Sales & Business Development: - Actively seek out and engage prospective clients through cold calling, networking, and field visits - Present and sell Khmer24's advertising packages and premium services to potential clients - Develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline to meet monthly and quarterly targets - Conduct product demonstrations and explain the benefits of Khmer24's services to clients - Negotiate contracts and close sales deals Client Relationship Management: - Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships - Understand client needs and recommend appropriate Khmer24 service packages - Provide excellent after-sales support and ensure customer satisfaction - Follow up with existing clients for contract renewals and upselling opportunities Market Research & Reporting: - Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities - Gather customer feedback and market intelligence - Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts - Participate in team meetings and contribute to sales strategy discussions Requirements Education & Experience: - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred - Minimum 3 years of sales experience, preferably in digital advertising or online services - Fresh graduates with strong sales aptitude are encouraged to apply Skills & Competencies: - Excellent communication and presentation skills in Khmer; English proficiency is a plus - Strong negotiation and closing skills - Self-motivated with a results-driven approach - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Good understanding of digital marketing and online platforms - Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Personal Attributes: - Confident and professional demeanor - Strong interpersonal skills - Goal-oriented with a positive attitude - Ability to handle rejection and maintain persistence - Problem-solving mindset What We Offer - Competitive base salary plus attractive commission structure - Performance bonuses and incentives - Career growth opportunities within a leading tech company - Training and professional development programs - Dynamic and supportive work environment - Health insurance and other benefits Working Conditions - Location: Phnom Penh (with field visits to clients) - Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM; Saturday (half day) How to Apply Interested candidates should submit: - Updated CV with photo - Cover letter - Copies of relevant certificates
