Job Description We are an expanding interior design company looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist with material sourcing and ordering, coordinate on-site activities, update drawings when required, and ensure all project works follow the approved design and schedule. Key Responsibilities - Assist in ordering materials, liaising with suppliers to ensure timely delivery and accurate specifications. - Review and modify drawings (AutoCAD / SketchUp / other software) when changes are required. - Conduct site coordination, including communication with contractors, site supervisors, and suppliers. - Ensure all works are carried out according to the approved drawings, materials, and project schedule. - Calculate and verify material quantities based on construction and design drawings. - Monitor project progress and report any issues or discrepancies promptly. - Assist the design team with documentation, samples, and project-related tasks. Requirements - Experience in interior design, architecture, or construction is preferred. - Basic knowledge of AutoCAD or similar drawing software. - Understanding of materials, site works, and construction processes. - Good communication (English) and coordination skills. - Able to work independently, handle pressure, and meet deadlines. - Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.
