Job Descriptions: - Excellent Communication & Soft Skills to make outbound calls to customer who has taken loans. - NPS Survey-Experience of customer from application to Loan Disbursement Verification call to customers who has Paid off the Loan - Verification call to customers who pay the loan Late - Verification call to customer whose vehicle has been taken back because of default in payment. - Verification Call to customer whose penalty has been waived. Onhand experience in Microsoft Excel to key in the responses of the customer - Assist in Internal Audit - The prospective candidate should be able to get Audit finding and should report it to the immediate senior of any discrepancies *Job Requirements: -University degree in Audit, Finance, Accounting or Business Administration or related fields -Be honest, friendly, active and creative -Good Interpersonal Skills -High level of written and spoken in Khmer and English language -Comprehensive both in Khmer and English -Computer literacy in Microsoft Word, Excel, Power-Point, Quick-book, Internet and E-mail -Demonstrate high level of ethical behavior and trustworthiness -High level of commitment -Ability to work under pressure and highly self-motivated -Willing to work at field and travel to province
