JOB ANNOUNCEMENT SIXTY-SIX FINANCE PLC is a fully licensed from NBC to run the operation as Microfinance in Cambodia, we aim to provide several of loan products to promote the living standard of Cambodian people by offering the credit consultation for their needs. Currently, we are looking for a competence staff for the following positions: Job Posts : Internal Audit Officer / 1position JOB DESCRIPTION: • Willing to travel and work in provinces. • Writing audit report to line manager. • Creating and Preparing the internal audit working paper. • Carrying out both financial and operational audit process. • Conducting audit mission based the approved annual audit plan, verifying the compliance of policies and procedure of the company’s operations. • Follow up the audit findings and recommendation to close case. • Collect the effective and sufficient evidences to support the audit procedures. • Perform other tasks as assigned by line manager or the BAC/ BoD. REQUIREMENT & QUALIFICATION: • Gender : Male or Female • Bachelor degree, accounting, finance and banking • CIFRS For SME / Pursuing ACCA : Is an Advance / a Credit Experience & Skill: • Good at accounting and finance auditing (Financial risk audit). • Good understand of Risk Based Approach and relevant regulations. • Experienced in writing internal audit report to meet the root cause. (English report) • Ability to work under pressure and meet the time frame. • 1 years ‘experience in internal/external audit is prior or other relevant skill of finance/accounting for 2 years in bank / MFI.’ • Good research, analytical, negotiation, interpersonal and problem-solving skills. • Attentive to detail and accuracy. • Good Computer literacy especially MS Office (Especially Word & Advance Excel). • Good communication both oral and written of Khmer and English. WORKING RELATIONSHIPS Internal interface: • Report directly to Internal Audit Manager or such other person as the Company may direct from time to time. • Work closely with other team members. • Close coordination and communication with other departments, and regulators. • The successful candidate will enjoy working in a professional and cooperative team, have opportunity to gain with different work experience and get related training course.
