• Responsible for leasing office spaces in the company’s commercial buildings and towers. • Develop and implement leasing strategies to achieve occupancy and revenue targets. • Handle tenant inquiries, conduct site tours, and provide detailed information about available spaces and leasing terms. • Negotiate lease terms and prepare leasing documents in coordination with the legal and finance departments. • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential tenants to ensure high retention and satisfaction. • Conduct regular market research and competitor analysis to keep rental rates competitive. • Coordinate with the property management team to ensure readiness of units for viewing and handover. • Prepare weekly/monthly leasing reports and update leasing status. • Assist in marketing activities, such as preparing promotional materials and participating in property events.
