MEP Supervisor

The salary is negotiable. Responsibilities: - Supervise daily MEP work on-site, ensuring compliance with quality, safety, and company standards. - Conduct inspections of ongoing and completed work by Technicians and Service Partners, recommending corrective actions when necessary. - Ensure Planned Preventative Maintenance tasks are executed according to schedule and provide follow-up reports. - Monitor staff performance, daily activities, and job completion to maintain operational efficiency. - Oversee maintenance, repair, and smooth operation of equipment and facilities. - Respond promptly to reactive issues, help desk requests, and emergencies, including after hours. - Prepare daily and weekly work reports for the MEP Manager or Project Manager. - Review work orders, checklists, and other documentation to confirm tasks are performed correctly. - Evaluate employee performance, provide feedback, and take disciplinary actions when needed. - Ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and budget constraints. Requirement: - Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Civil Engineering, or related field. - 3–5 years of MEP supervision experience, preferably in property or facilities management. - Strong knowledge of MEP systems, maintenance practices, and safety standards. - Experience managing site-based teams and coordinating with multiple stakeholders. - Good problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills. - Ability to handle emergencies and work under pressure. - Fluent in English (written and spoken). - Proficient in reporting, documentation, and MS Office.
