Project Engineer – Fit-out & Renovation

The salary is negotiable. Responsibilities: 1. Fit-out and Renovation Projects - Supervise and coordinate all site activities related to interior fit-out and renovation works. - Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and consultants to meet quality and timeline targets. - Liaise with consultants, contractors, and suppliers to execute design intent and resolve on-site issues. 2. Defect Rectification and Improvement Works - Recommend technical solutions for building or system improvements. - Plan and implement project improvement initiatives for building systems and finishes. - Maintain a log of all defects and follow up with contractors for timely resolution. 3. Technical Documentation & Control - Prepare and maintain engineering and technical documentation, including drawings, method statements, reports, and material submittals. - Ensure all documents are accurately filed, updated, and available to relevant stakeholders. - Track RFI (Request for Information), NCR (Non-conformance Reports), and other correspondence. 4. Construction Coordination and Technical Support - Coordinate MEP and Civil works at site, ensuring smooth integration of systems. - Review construction drawings, specifications, and submittals. - Support procurement by preparing BOQs and technical comparisons. 5. Reporting and Communication - Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly project reports. - Attend site meetings and provide updates on progress, issues, and next steps. - Communicate effectively with stakeholders including consultants, contractors, and internal teams. Requirements: • Education: Degree in Civil, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering • Experience: Minimum 3 years in construction or fit-out projects • Technical Skills: - Strong knowledge of MEP & Civil works - Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) - Familiar with AutoCAD; knowledge of document control systems is a plus • Soft Skills: - Detail-oriented with good time management - Effective communicator and team player - Able to work independently on fast-track projects Application Process: Interested candidates are invited to send their CVs and Cover Letters to: kim*******@kh.knightfrank.comClick To Sent Email
