Key Responsibilities Front Office Operation (Night Shift) Handle guest check-in and check-out during night hours Answer phone calls and respond to guest inquiries professionally Assist guests with requests, complaints, or emergencies during the night Ensure lobby and front desk area are organized and presentable Monitor guest access and maintain hotel security during the night Night Audit & Financial Control Perform daily closing procedures (Night Audit / Day Closing) Verify room rates, postings, payments, and guest folios for accuracy Balance daily revenue reports (room revenue, cash, credit card, and transfers) Prepare and submit daily financial and occupancy reports Identify discrepancies and report issues to management System & Reporting Update reservations, no-shows, late check-outs, and early arrivals Ensure all transactions are correctly posted in the PMS Back up system data and maintain audit records Prepare next-day reports for management and front office teams Coordination & Communication Coordinate with Housekeeping regarding room status Communicate important information to morning shift staff Report maintenance, safety, or security issues immediately Safety & Compliance Follow hotel policies, SOPs, and internal controls Handle cash and confidential information responsibly Respond appropriately to emergencies such as fire alarms or medical situations Qualifications & Skill Previous experience in Front Office or Night Auditor role is an advantage Basic knowledge of hotel accounting and audit procedures Familiarity with PMS systems (e.g.,eZee, or similar) Good communication skills in English; additional languages are an advantage Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy Ability to work independently and overnight shifts Honest, reliable, and responsible Working Conditions Night shift (typically 10:00 PM – 7:00 AM or as scheduled) Ability to work weekends and public holidays Extended periods of sitting, standing, and monitoring Benefits Competitive Salary Overtime Paid NSSF
